How attendees describe this talk

Great information on how to turn the negative into positives and look at every situation as a gift or opportunity. Also how to calm the crazy by using simple techniques…rubbing two fingers together…and focusing on the feelings.

Engaging and inspiring if you are needing to learn ways to deal with stress. It was very interesting to hear about the left brain sabators and the sage!! Absolutely loved it!!

It brought out stresses that everyone goes through but in different ways. Take time to listen to your body, emotions daily to stay away from burnout.

My left and right brain and how it definitely affects my everyday actions, attitudes and interactions with family, friends and co-workers.

Very positive and very helpful. It’s ok to feel stressed but how you react is key. It’s ok to take a minute or two for YOU

I liked the tangible action items she gave us at the end. The stop sign and breathing sessions

Lisa has a way of relating the audience and making it interactive which we was very nice.

Gave a lot of great examples in how over come burnout or how to work through situations

The multiple diff tips were helpful! Can’t wait to take back and share with my team!
