Loree's Bio
Loree "Rowdy" Draude was one of the first women to fly combat jets in the U.S. Navy, deploying twice to the Persian Gulf and accumulating over 300 carrier landings and 1600 flight hours. She began her civilian career as a management consultant with Bain & Company and spent 20 years in Silicon Valley leading teams at startups and tech companies, including Google and Meta. She authored two non-fiction books and an award-winning play that she performed off-Broadway and at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival. Loree is currently a 2025 Fellow with Harvard University's Advanced Leadership Initiative.
