Attendees leave her talks feeling "confirmed" in their worth and "moved to act," eager to prioritize themselves and make changes toward greater fulfillment. Lynette's Bio

For 37 years I've built businesses and built a life — and what I know for certain is this: the table is where everything that matters actually happens. I help high-achieving women find their way back to it — and back to themselves. From age 12, Lynette learned that grinding was how you got what you wanted. For decades it worked — until it didn't. She didn't rebuild from a strategy. She rebuilt from a meal. From the table. Now she speaks to high-achieving women — in boardrooms, on stages, and in every corner of overwhelmed life — about what it actually takes to stop surviving and come home to yourself. Warm, raw, and impossible to forget.

Eye opening to look within yourself to find the peace we deserve for ourselves and our immediate family. Thank you for being YOU!

Treat yourself with the same reverence you would your phone. Don’t let yourself get down to 1%. Give out the positive energy.
