James O’Neal, Jr. is a passionate educator, speaker, and founder of Mastery For All, LLC—a mission-driven company advancing K-12 math education through coaching, consulting, and professional development. With 15 years in the classroom, including six as department chair, James uplifts the brilliance of Black boys to empower all students. A 2021 PAEMST finalist and M.Ed. graduate from UNC-Charlotte, he ranked in the top 25% of NC teachers for student growth. James equips educators to believe in all students and transform outcomes. His journey from classroom to changemaker reflects a deep commitment to mastery, equity, and the powerful belief in “who can.”

What is your policy on event recordings and media rights?
Happy to have you record my presentation. We just ask for a copy and to discuss how the recording will be shared before publishing anywhere
What are your specific travel requirements?
When airplane travel is involved, we typically do a flat $1,000 travel fee that we use to cover hotel, airfare, rental car and all other associated travel and lodging costs. If the presentation is within driving distance and a hotel is required, we just need the hotel covered.
