Matt Lehrman helps communities do the hard work of listening, trusting, and deciding—together. As a civic facilitator, keynote speaker, and leadership coach, he guides people through tension, uncertainty, and change—helping leaders and residents engage with courage, move forward with clarity, and build trust through collaboration. His experience spans public policy, financial services, and the arts. He founded Alliance for Audience & ShowUp.com, led Arizona Theatre Company through crisis, and taught at Arizona State University. Matt has worked with city councils, school boards, nonprofits, and business leaders—facilitating tough conversations and guiding strategic planning with empathy and focus. As co-founder of Social Prosperity Partners, he leads civic engagement and visioning efforts nationwide. He also hosts the Community Catalysts podcast, exploring how local leaders build trust and make change. At his core is a belief: democracy depends on how we show up for each other.
