I entered the aging-services world unexpectedly, hired as a marketer with no healthcare background. But what I witnessed changed the trajectory of my life. Day after day, I met families who were overwhelmed, underprepared, and navigating an impossibly fragmented system. I couldn’t ignore it—so I became the advocate I wished they had. That drive led me to found Aging Advocates, built on a mission to educate, guide, and support older adults and their families through some of life’s most challenging moments. While much of our work is crisis-driven, my personal purpose is to shift our culture toward pre-planning, awareness, and ethical aging—before crisis begins. Today, I lead a team of passionate, fiercely dedicated professionals redefining what person-centered, ethical aging support looks like in Central New York. We believe no one fits inside a box—and we pride ourselves on offering creative, customized solutions grounded in integrity and collaboration.
