Feedback for Frank and the event
As if dedicated Law Enforcement Specialists’ constant exposure to critical incidents isn’t enough for mental/emotional health processing, as well as administration schedule layout creating shift (under) staffing isn’t enough, add in workplace bullying for LE office workers, that’s somehow acceptable bs use under the “chain of command” military, LE Patrol ways. These things compound thoughts of quitting at best and/or wanting out of life.
Attendee
Absolutely fantastic overall! I've got some Ted Talks by Frank to listen to now.
Attendee
The idea of making this topic more openly discussed in LE is very important.
