In 2005, a court-ordered visit to a psychiatrist became the turning point that changed Michael's life. He recognized that years of academic struggles, and personal and professional challenges were rooted in untreated mental illness. Embracing that truth and committing to lifelong treatment gave him a new sense of purpose - one that now fuels his work with the largest organizations. Today, Michael fulfills his mission as a speaker and trainer by helping businesses turn mental wellness into a strategic advantage - empowering teams, elevating leaders, and creating lasting, positive change in the workplace.
