I really appreciated the simplicity I found you presenting. I had to arrive late due to a prior commitment, and I had expected to see you speaking about using the zoom or an iPad whiteboard approach, but u were using an ACTUAL whiteboard! 🤣 This brought me back to my days of presenting live workshops and I found it refreshing and encouraging! I love the way we can interact w an audience using a whiteboard - capturing their ideas and returning to prior points instead of slides. I really appreciated finding this in the VIRTUAL speaking space. Thank you for bringing us back to the power of an actual whiteboard to create a whole different experience than is currently happening in virtual spaces. I will look for the replay to capture ur initial comments! You helped me imagine… so I can act on this … in the future.

Well suited to middle management, this was named a leadership conference, but the audience really is middle management so the fit was appropriate. For leadership use a consolidated 15 minute format would work well. Practical recommend: us r a microphone and you won’t have to work so hard for engagement.
