What should I know about working with you?
I am a leadership keynote speaker who helps organizations close the gap between intention and execution. I deliver practical frameworks leaders can apply immediately to drive accountability, performance, and measurable results. And I'm easy to work with. No Drama. No Diva.
What's included in your fee?
Speaker fee includes one pre-event call and up to a 2-hour presentation. For a small additional charge, we can add a breakout or workshop to your event.
Can you customize your presentation for our specific audience and event theme?
Absolutely. I don't deliver a "canned keynote." Before every event, I conduct a pre-event strategy call, review company goals, culture and challenges, and then align my message to your theme, audience and industry.
How do you engage audiences post-event?
Depending on the audience, if appropriate, we offer a 3-part video follow-up series at no additional charge to reinforce the message.
What is your policy on event recordings and media rights?
You're welcome to record the presentation and share it on an internal, password-protected platform for members only for up to 60 days. A copy of any recording and any photographs should be sent to Mike's representative in a downloadable format for our use.
What are your specific travel requirements?
$2000 travel buyout plus up to two nights prepaid hotel accommodations; ask if for international
