Natalie’s career has taken her from Silicon Valley to the Fortune 100 and into entrepreneurship, but she learned her greatest leadership lessons growing up in Republic, Ohio (population 600). She credits her small-town spirit with fueling her big success. She has 20+ years of experience coaching, developing leaders, and strengthening teams across the non-profit, higher education, and corporate sectors. Natalie has inspired audiences across the globe representing organizations including Google, IBM, Uber, Honda, Veeam, American Marketing Association, and Insights Association. She’s a two-time graduate of The Ohio State University, a Professional Certified Coach through the ICF, and a National Speakers Association member. Despite these accomplishments, her proudest speaking moment remains winning a ribbon at the Ohio State Fair at age 10.
