Pam's Bio
Hi. My name is Pam! I am a Positive Psychology Speaker. I teach the Science of Happiness to educators, medical professionals, social workers and corporate and community groups; essentially anyone who wants to learn how to be happier! I had the great fortune to study with Dr. Tal Ben-Shahar who taught the most popular class at Harvard University –teaching students how to be happier. After years of studying, I am happier and I continue to go along this journey – feeling the full range of emotions and enjoying the process. And, there’s nothing I love more than teaching others the science based strategies to feel happier!
