Patti's Bio

Patti grew up in a family business in Manitoba Canada and earned her degree before moving to Humboldt, SK. She and her husband Larry are long-time entrepreneurs and active community members. Patti's career has included marketing, finance and agriculture - leading her to create Brightrack Consulting, in which she advises business families. She has worked with over 450 family enterprises, coaching and facilitating strategic conversations for succession and decision making. This experience provided insights which she captured in her first book, The Future Leader - The Successor's Guide to Family Business Leadership.
