Pete's Bio

Pete began his career at the Walt Disney World Resort. Over the next 13 years, he managed various areas of Disney's theme parks and resorts. He also worked at Disney University, where he was a Segment Learning Manager for Walt Disney World, Disneyland, and Disney Cruise Line. Today, he leads a team of training professionals at the Personnel Board of Jefferson County (AL), where his team designs and delivers leadership development classes for over 7,000 local government employees. Pete is the only professional speaker in the world to earn the designations of Certified Speaking Professional (CSP), Certified Facilitator of Training (CFT), and Senior Certified Professional in HR (SCP-PSHRA).
