Frequently Asked Questions on Working With Phillip
What should I know about working with you?
You’ll get a partner, not just a presenter. I show up early, stay engaged, and care deeply about your success. After 35+ years and thousands of audiences, I know how to deliver meaningful content and make the process easy for planners from start to finish.
What's included in your fee?
My speaking fee includes all preparation, pre-event planning, and a fully customized keynote experience. Travel is charged as a flat $1,500 fee, plus hotel accommodations. No surprises—just a simple, straightforward partnership that keeps your planning easy.
Can you customize your presentation for our specific audience and event theme?
Absolutely. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all messages. I’ll work closely with you beforehand—through planning calls and background research—to align the message with your theme, audience dynamics, and industry realities. My goal is to reinforce your goals, not just deliver mine.
What kind of promotional support do you offer to help market the event?
I’m happy to record personalized promo videos, share social media posts, or hop on camera for a message to your attendees. Just let me know what will help generate excitement.
Do you offer extras (book signings, meet-and-greets)?
Absolutely. I’m glad to do book signings and meet-and-greets while I’m onsite. I also have books that align with each keynote—many clients use them to reinforce the message long after the event ends.
What is your policy on event recordings and media rights?
I’m flexible. If you’d like to record for internal or limited-time use, I’m glad to accommodate. For broader distribution, let’s discuss terms so we can find a solution that protects both your needs and my content.
