Randy Fox, CSP, is a high-energy keynote speaker, leadership coach, author, and retired NCAA basketball official who helps leaders and teams raise their standards, strengthen their culture, and perform at their best. With more than 20 years of corporate leadership experience and 23 years as an NCAA basketball official, Randy brings real-world insight into leadership, teamwork, communication, service, and performing under pressure. What should I know about working with you?
My goal is to be the easiest speaker you've ever worked with. From start to finish I collaborate with you directly to understand your needs to deliver a keynote experience that engages, inspires and equips your attendees based on your goals. My personal mobile number is on my profile
Can you customize your presentation for our specific audience and event theme?
Absolutely! The stories and strategies are the foundation, the experience and final theme is unique to every audience. One of the main reasons I don't really use slides is I want to create an organic, in the moment, experience with your attendees!
What kind of promotional support do you offer to help market the event?
Pre event promotional video and happy to jump on a podcast or write an article for your distribution to attendees. I will also post on LinkedIn before and after the event, using contacts and any # you would like included.
How do you engage audiences post-event?
I offer attendees the opportunity to connect with me by providing feedback to the session. With that, they receive a free e book and ongoing free inspirational videos and other content I send. If you would like something specific sent (like a post event video) happy to do that as well.
Do you offer extras (book signings, meet-and-greets)?
Book signings, meet and greets, extra breakout sessions, attend receptions...whatever I can do to help the overall experience be amazing, just ask!
My organization has a limited budget. Do you have any flexibility in your pricing?
Short answer is yes, longer answer is...the goal is to help you have a successful event and remain in budget. I'll do my best to make that happen.
What is your policy on event recordings and media rights?
You are welcome to record my sessions with two understandings. 1. Can you please send me a copy? 2. That the recording is only used for your internal purposes and is not sold or distributed elsewhere.
