Audience & Client Feedback on Rita

Very relevant, especially the way you used COVID pandemic as springboard to the convo. I’d been struggling on how to reignite myself and others post pandemic, and I’m leaving this presentation with ideas for next steps. Also, felt validated when some of our current practices were part of your recommendations. (see talk report)

I was fortunate enough to attend a function for women. A speaker there-Rita Ernst, shared so much great info on the WHYs behind behaviors and had a 9 space chart that really helped me to understand why I operate the way I do! It was informative, interesting and engaging! Find her and read her books! (see talk report)

This session seemed more difficult to understand and process. It could be that it’s at the end of the week instead of the beginning but also, lack of sleep. I enjoyed the physical activity to break things up and put it into perspective. The jar is a good way to open the room and hear feedback. (see talk report)

I had not heard of the Sage before. That was so helpful! Now I now I’m not trying to be positive but there is actually a neural pathway to replace the judge! I love how you brought in things I have read in other places. It really pulled them all together for me. (see talk report)

Rita is an extraordinary speaker that I could listen to all day. She has so much knowledge to share and is a joy to listen to. I am excited to implement what I learned in my day to day activities while using it to positively impact those I come in contact with. (see talk report)

I feel like this session was much more beneficial for me. During the first session, the pace felt very fast, and I had difficulty fully grasping the material. In this second session, I feel much more confident in both the content and my overall understanding. (see talk report)

I enjoyed this session much more than the first. I feel we covered a great deal of information but also creative ways to implement the understanding of it. I enjoyed us talking and discussing our ideas and thoughts and thoroughly enjoyed the group activity. (see talk report)

This session brings real topics into an engaging and fun experience! It allows hard conversations about leadership to be had without feeling like you cannot speak up. There are great examples that everyone can relate to and it eases any tension in the room. (see talk report)

I enjoyed the information today and learning how to provide valuable feedback. I enjoy the group activities at the end of the sessions but the family feud answers did somewhat confuse me on the concepts and how to apply them. (see talk report)
