Roger's Bio

Roger is a USAF veteran. After serving, he enjoyed a 35-year career in the airline industry. Seventeen of those years were spent in Oklahoma, where he was befriended by survivors of the Osage reign of terror and the Tulsa Massacre. He is an FAA-certified Pilot, Airframe and Powerplant technician, Aircraft engineer, Quality Assurance Inspector, Technical Trainer, and Auditor. His first book, America Should be Grateful to Haiti, is a collection of stories on Overlooked History. When speaking, he brilliantly illuminates the people, places, and events omitted from the history taught in our schools and universities. The introduction of this knowledge reduces unconscious bias, replaces ignorance with curiosity, and diminishes the effect of racism. An avid sports fan, he played Table Tennis, cricket, and soccer at a high level and still plays and coaches table tennis. Roger has appeared on national television several times, including a half-hour interview on the Ben Chavis Show.
