Feedback for Sherene and the event
I think the discussion on the person being late- potentially they had ADHD and thus likely suffer from time blindness. I think empathy is needed in this situation. There are ways to manage time when suffering from time blindness-such as a setting alarms 10 min before needing to leave, giving 15 min grace periods, etc., i recommend looking into it a bit more.
Sherene is a down to earth, relatable speaker that makes things click!
Great job, excellent examples and tools we can use immediately.
