Shonda Moralis, MSW, LCSW is a psychotherapist, Menopause Society Certified Practitioner (MSCP), author, speaker, and seasoned media contributor. Through her online group program, Reclaim Midlife, Shonda helps women struggling with perimenopause feel like themselves again so they get back to running the world. Author of the award-winning Breathe, Mama, Breathe: 5-Minute Mindfulness for Busy Moms and Don’t Forget to Breathe: 5-Minute Mindfulness for Busy Women, she has trained in, taught, and developed various mindfulness-based programs. Shonda lives in Pennsylvania with her husband and two kids, loves to play outside, endeavors to practice what she preaches, and is perennially fascinated by what makes people tick.
