Simoriah's Bio
Simoriah Stogner does not speak from theory. She speaks from what happens when systems overlook human potential. Once a homeless kid and teen mom who ran from a condemned trailer, she later rose from entry-level roles into executive leadership in technology and watched the same pattern repeat inside organizations. Capable people were not failing. The system simply was not built to see them. In her TEDx talk, One Size Does Not Fit All: The Hiring Pool That Hiring Managers Overlook, Simoriah challenges leaders to stop confusing credentials with capability and start building talent intentionally. Audiences leave with a sharper lens, a shared language, and a clear call to action that changes how leaders hire, develop, and lead.
