What should I know about working with you?
Srijata conducts pre-booking calls with all her prospective clients to help them determine whether she is the right fit. She listens closely during discussions to understand the event requirements better.
What's included in your fee?
The fees include all meetings, prep calls, and speaking at the day of the event. Travel, stay, and food expenses are on actuals.
Can you customize your presentation for our specific audience and event theme?
Yes, Srijata loves to customize and tailor all her programs for the specific audiences and the event. She loves to get to the pulse of the audience and give them something that inspires action at the end of the event.
What kind of promotional support do you offer to help market the event?
Srijata creates social media posts specifically promoting the event and produces promotional videos for events that organizers can circulate to their prospective attendees.
How do you engage audiences post-event?
She generally sends out homework and worksheets that were discussed during the events. Also, bonus resources and presentation slides if needed. If the event has a specific follow-up routine, she happily complies with it as well.
Do you offer extras (book signings, meet-and-greets)?
Yes. Srijata has written two leadership books, called Setback Leadership and SOAR. She does do book signings and meet-and-greets.

Will I receive post-event materials (slides, recordings, handouts)?
Yes, you will.
What is your policy on event recordings and media rights?
Prior permission is required to record and circulate videos for internal distribution only. Generally, video recording is ok if the raw footage is shared with Srijata's team immediately after the event. Also, all recorded materials should be deleted after 30 days. Srijata holds all copyrights.
What are your specific travel requirements?
Standard Travel fee and rates. She is super easy to work with and doesn't have too much fuss over specific travel needs.
