As a survivor of domestic violence and single mother at 16yrs., I speak with raw honesty about the lasting impact of trauma, the power of boundaries, and how self-worth plays a critical role in healing. Through my personal story of leaving and rebuilding, I challenge audiences to rethink what they know about abusive relationships and trauma, fostering a deeper understanding of the complexities we all face. I am a sought after speaker (and emcee) for colleges, healthcare professionals, and law enforcement, equipping them with the knowledge to support survivors and create meaningful change.
