Their education and training span psychology, social work, integrative health, mindfulness, meditation, yoga, and other mind-body practices. Z's clinical experience includes primary care, hospice, outpatient and community mental health, schools, crisis services, and emergency response. They bring curiosity, compassion, humor, and practicality into the therapy room, creating space for clients to be honest, ask difficult questions, learn useful things, challenge old patterns, and explore what it means to live well on their own terms.
