What's included in your fee?
Preparation calls, three discovery calls with past participants, customization of presentation and handout, delivery of presentation (on-site or virtual), interaction with audience pre- and post presentation, collection/sharing of feedback, and debriefing. Keynote includes free breakout.
Can you customize your presentation for our specific audience and event theme?
Yes, I specialize in getting to know your audience and theme; then I customize the presentation to meet your needs.
What kind of promotional support do you offer to help market the event?
I will help you fill seats. I will create a short promo video. I will post the event on my social media and newsletter. I will create a media release or other promotional materials to help. Let's discuss how I can provide promotional support.
How do you engage audiences post-event?
I stay and interact with the audience for Q&A, networking, book signings, and even will run a breakout, roundtable, or coaching discussion session(s) 'free of charge' based on my availability. I like to come early, stay late. I provide contact / Li info and a complimentary subscription to my blog

Yes, I offer book signings, meet-and-greets, and other extras. Let's talk about your needs and creative ideas.
My organization has a limited budget. Do you have any flexibility in your pricing?
Yes, let's get creative. I have suggestions to discuss.
Will I receive post-event materials (slides, recordings, handouts)?
I provide you a pdf of my slides. I customize a handout and provide that to attendees. I offer a bonus give-away in exchange for feedback. Tell me what else you request.
What is your policy on event recordings and media rights?
I retain all copyright and other rights to my recordings and materials. I allow you to record and share free of charge for at least a year with your audience. I request a copy of any recordings for my use. We can discuss your needs.
What are your specific travel requirements?
I travel out of Denver International Airport for events outside Colorado. I fly coach. I either require a fixed travel / per diem fee, for discussion to meet your budget or will invoice actual expenses. I prefer Hilton, but can be flexible.
