Tim's Bio
As a board certified music therapist, Tim Ringgold studies and harnesses the power of music. He empowers individuals and groups to reach for music to increase focus, creativity, and connection, and safely escape stress. Tim leads groups through interactive musical keynotes and workshops to quickly lead them out of the state of stress and into states of focus, problem solving, and peak performance. Tim has shared the stage with some of the top minds in music, the brain, and human optimization, including Tony Robbins. Tim was also the first person ever to give a TEDx talk on music therapy way back in 2012.
