Montez Jones dedicated 26 years to the U.S. Air Force, earning a Master’s in Business while excelling as a Security Specialist, Leadership Instructor, EEO Officer, and Strategic Advisor in Air Education and Training Command. His relentless pursuit of education is impressive; he's certified in numerous methodologies and graduated from the Defense Equal Opportunity Management Institute and other prestigious programs. As the founder of Tez Jones Training Solutions, he enhances organizations' strategic communications, team building, and diversity training. His clients range from military groups to local governments, including the Fort Worth Army Corps of Engineers and the City of Vicksburg, Mississippi. An Executive Leader with the Maxwell Leadership Team, Montez has delivered workshops from San Antonio to Afghanistan. He was name one ot Dallas Fort Worth's top 25 Black/Veteran Owned Businesses and Businessman of the Year.
