Frequently Asked Questions on Working With Traci
What should I know about working with you?
Partnering with me means more than a keynote—it’s real impact. I bring energy, heart, and no-fluff insight. I’ve worked with leaders in trades and beyond, connecting people strategy to results. The goal? Shift mindsets and spark action before the day is done.
What's included in your fee?
My standard fee covers pre-event planning, a tailored presentation or workshop, delivery, and reasonable travel unless noted otherwise. It also includes light promo support and basic follow-up. Need deeper post-event support? Happy to explore that as an add-on.
Can you customize your presentation for our specific audience and event theme?
100%. Customization is non-negotiable for me. I take time to understand your audience, industry, and pain points so the message lands. Whether I’m speaking to trades leaders, HR teams, or executive decision-makers, I tailor the tone, language, and stories to make it resonate.
What kind of promotional support do you offer to help market the event?
I’m happy to co-create graphics or share custom LinkedIn posts. For internal teams, I can also support promotion through emails and session highlights. If it boosts attendance and engagement, I’m in. Just share your timeline, and I’ll coordinate with your team to keep it simple.
How do you engage audiences post-event?
I offer light-touch follow-up options like implementation guides, worksheets, or a recap, depending on the format. For teams that want more, we can explore coaching, leadership intensives, or joining the People Strategy Club to keep the momentum going.
Do you offer extras (book signings, meet-and-greets)?
Yes! I love connecting with attendees beyond the stage. Whether it’s a meet-and-greet, breakout session, or a roundtable with your leadership team, I’m happy to stay involved and deepen the conversation.
My organization has a limited budget. Do you have any flexibility in your pricing?
Let’s talk. If your event is mission-aligned and you’re committed to impact, I’ll do my best to work within your range. Sometimes that means adjusting the format or exploring virtual options. I’m always open to a real conversation.
Will I receive post-event materials (slides, recordings, handouts)?
Yes—any approved slides and materials I use will be shared with your team afterward. If you'd like a recording, we’ll just need to align on permissions ahead of time to make sure everything is clear and fair.
What is your policy on event recordings and media rights?
Recordings are totally fine—with a prior agreement. I ask that full recordings aren’t altered or distributed publicly without written consent. I’m flexible on usage if we talk about it in advance and agree on terms that work for both sides.
What are your specific travel requirements?
I fly out of Madison, Wisconsin. I ask for round-trip airfare, one night’s hotel stay (or more depending on the schedule), and transportation between the airport and venue. If your team handles booking, great. If not, I can handle it and include it in my invoice.
