Traci Ruiz, M.Ed., is a nationally recognized High Stakes Leadership Expert, International Keynote Speaker, and Crisis Strategist. With 25+ years in public safety, she retired as one of the highest-ranking Latina police officers in the U.S.—and the only Latina officer in Michigan to train officers, recruits, and community members in close-quarters combat and de-escalation for over two decades. As a detective, Traci co-founded Ingham County’s first Elder Death Review Team and is a court-certified Elder Abuse Expert. Today, she equips leaders to take decisive action that drives rapid results during times of crisis, challenge, or change.
