Will's Bio
Nationally recognized as a Top 25 Speaker, Will Baggett brings unmatched energy and engagement to every audience. From 2019–2020, he served as Operations Coordinator and Chief of Staff for the College Football Playoff. Over his decade in sports, he helped produce major events including the Super Bowl, Peach Bowl, Final Four, and several college football bowl games. A former Division I strength and conditioning coach, he helped develop 19 NFL Draft picks, including two first-rounders. His first book, The Blueprint for a Successful Career, is used in multiple university curricula. His second book, Hues of Hope (2024), continues to inspire readers to live boldly and pursue greatness. Since 2017, Baggett has delivered 300+ keynotes nationwide, empowering audiences with practical leadership, connection, and performance strategies.
