This is a wonderful development interactive session to map out career and personal trajectory goals! She is funny, relatable, relevant, and well spoken.
Interactive, thoughtful, engaging and real. Easy to listen to, great tips for managing stress and worrying and infused with humor.
There are so many things we tend to gloss over when it comes to taking care of ourselves. We forget that in order to pour into our work or others, we just first check to make sure our pitcher is full. When we feel stressed we continuously try to pour out of an empty pitcher, and don’t take the time to fill ourselves back up. The tips and advice Amy had will allow you to learn to recognize when your pitcher is empty, and how to fill yourself back up and be productive.
The session allowed me to focus on how to respond to the inevitable… which is change. This session gave me a perspective which outlined why I panic, how to remove this panic by planning, and steps to elevate my thinking. Thank you for your presentation style which involved humor and practicality all in one!
Appropriate analogies were used for clearer understanding and the message was delivered in a fun interactive manner. Amy maintained a high level of engagement and provided exercises that helped ensure understanding
Very easy to digest and think on what she presents. Very relatable to anyone going through any type of change. Gives you alot to chew on afterwards and lesson is easy to stick with.

The session was well organized with concise planning which is so relatable to aviation! Amy was a joy to have presentation wise but also information wise as she gave us an opportunity to learn and shift our mindsets.
Would love to see a brand & graphic design refresh integrated for further immersion. This session was 10/10, this is more so coming from a graphic designer

Maybe break out into our individual teams so we know what everyone is struggling/ wanting to improve on when we did the interactive part
