Aileen gave some really great insights into how to help us think of what are goals are and how to actually become the person who would do those goals. She made everything very attainable and not overwhelming. It was also nice that Aileen gave examples that could fit many people and lifestyles. (see talk report)

Thank you for your session. I feel like I’ve been stuck in fight or flight for years and have been doing meditation to help and have found it very helpful. To hear the background of the stress cycle was so helpful in understanding what and why this happens. (see talk report)

Frequently Asked Questions on Working With Aileen
What should I know about working with you?
I make things as seamless as possible for event managers, whether for a training, keynote or workshop. This means timely communication and streamlined admin. I have a checklist of typical items needed (from presentation to marketing materials and forms) to make things as efficient as possible.
Can you customize your presentation for our specific audience and event theme?
Absolutely - that’s standard process! I always have an initial consult to understand your goals for the session and to know what success looks like to you. If there are any themes or specific challenges that the audience is facing that you want to ensure are addressed, we talk about those.
My organization has a limited budget. Do you have any flexibility in your pricing?
I’m always happy to start with a conversation to see what's possible, and am open to finding creative ways to make things a win-win!
What are your specific travel requirements?
I have an all inclusive fee as a means of creating less admin work for my counterparts. In the instances where it's better for your budgeting to have those delineated, I'm able to make that work as well. For events in the Boston area, there is no travel fee.
