How attendees describe this talk

Thank you so much for your clear descriptions and easy to understand explanations of stress. I’m very much looking forward to putting some of these actionable items into a plan for myself.

The perfect mental heath and breathing workshop loved it, being intentional ☺️👍🏻

We can control our own mental health each day with small, simple steps. -Blocking breaks on our calendar to step outside. - Breathing techniques -good sleep and eating habits - things that bring you peace, alone time, music, reading, etc

Although I am aware of many of the recommendations, I managed to learn a few new techniques that I can apply and reinforce the habits I SHOULD be doing but do not do often enough. Thank you.

Most of it is what you already know but from a different perspective. I learnt a couple of new things: 1) a new word "eustress" 2) Yoga nidra

Got to break the stress pattern. If deregulated, go for walk, belly breath. Also make sure your diet and sleep are in check.

Lot of stuff covered in this session. Need more time to get into details and fully engage.

There were lots of good things and strategies and Aileen was very positive and informative

It provided Plenty of tools for self awareness and ownership of your stress, it is great

Feedback for Aileen and the event

Keep spreading the word, we all deserve balance in our lives and to recognize when we are stressed and do something for ourselves each day.

Thanks! Coming from a guy who doesn’t think a whole lot about my own levels of stress, it was enlightening.

Please do more of these. Great session

Time flied fast!! Lot of details were presented in the session. Probably content need to be reduced. Otherwise session was good break from the work routine.

Having the link available to the deck, while participating, may allow for better notetaking.

Recovering from stress cycles and life experiences perceived as personal failures

Great job, this is all stuff I have heard before, but it is great reminder.

Focus on burnout- what to do if you feel you're past the breaking point
