How attendees describe this talk
Most definitely using information to fix our hiring processes. Because it’s change from me going from 0 percent turn over to 75 percent turn over rate the last two years.

Feedback for Ed and the event
Not everyone is in HR. My group except one is warehouse/team/ops managers. However we all do the hiring for our departments. I really enjoyed the culture and recruiting experiences discussions. We have photos of real people and real operations, but I will bring back what he said, a video of what we are looking for and what we offer through experiences.
