Grant shows up like a breath of fresh air. His presentation at Disrupt HR was on point, easy to follow and inspiring. Grant showed how we can look, evaluate and expect differently during the hiring process -- to allow for normal behavior versus a performance.

Grant was very well-spoken and intentional in his word use, making sure each word had the maximum value possible. The talk was also very relevant to the HR world, particularly when it comes to the use of personality tests/culture fits.
