Useful. Pushed me to think about my biases, but was subtle about it. :) A little too fast-paced for me to process what was asked of me & would have preferred to have this training be “all day” instead. There was plenty there & I enjoyed his general style of teaching.
Very real, engaging, informative, and encouraging training. I encourage DHR to bring Grant back for future training sessions. Maybe consider an interview panel training whereby Grant can provide do's and dont's. I appreciate his honesty and relatability.
This should be a mandatory course for all employees, at minimum for all Supervisory positions
Today. I was able to learn intricately about Neurodiversity. It has helped me expand my thought processes and to help PRCS staff to develop more thinking forward skills, in relation to accommodating children as well as new staff hires and hiring managers. We will pass this information along and will discuss during our group cluster meeting this November. Thanks so much!!
Insightful and eye opening. As someone who has family members who were clinically diagnosed with autism and suspecting it for myself and one of my employees, this was so insightful. I thought I had a good understanding of it, but this information was so much beyond what I knew and is so helpful for the workplace. I would love for all my employees to have this training.
Very educational, learn about yourself and others. Interactive pieces were relevant and interesting. There are a few things I want to self reflect on
I loved how Grant said instead of looking how our program can fit for people look how people can fit into our program with their uniqueness.
Great training on neurodiversity. More tailored to supervisors, I think, but a great training for anyone.
Very formative and concise. Can tell the instructor was a teacher and gave me some school flashback lol

I want you to come speak at my next staff meeting in December. Dont know how to make it happen, and I dont know if we ever pay for speakers. Im a probation officer with Loudoun county, and your information would really help all my coworkers.
