Heather consults with global organizations and has served as the Head of Organizational Development and Head of Learning for several Fortune's 100 Best Companies and now brings her 25+ years of experience to help organizations as a keynote speaker and executive advisor. Heather holds two earned doctorates, a PhD in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Grand Canyon University and a Doctor of Ministry from Abilene Christian University. Heather is a SHRM-SCP, and a Professional Certified Coach and a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF). She is an iEQ9 Integrative Enneagram Accredited Practitioner, a certified LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® facilitator, and a member of the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychologists (SIOP).
