Heather has the knowledge to systematically place each member on your team into the group where they function the highest. She shares with the team how each group functions best and what their roll to the team is. We learned how to use each of our talents to not only help us as individuals to grow but also to help our team function at its highest capacity. It was a workshop that was fun, informative and worthwhile.
