Summary: Transformative Talk Reveals Simple Yet Powerful Approaches to Workplace Engagement
Jake Mazulewicz, Ph.D. delivered an exceptional presentation that transformed how I think about workplace engagement. His breakdown of the AAR process "made it simple to understand for new users to implement." Jake's "excellent real-world examples" demonstrated practical applications, and as one attendee noted, his approach "makes a lot of sense in the real world." He's clearly "one of the top speakers" whose insights are immediately applicable.

Practical techniques for active listening that build trust and encourage continuous improvement
How attendees describe this talk
A very worthwhile use of my time. It wasn’t focused on what I thought it would be. A new approach, for me, of ways to engage workforce that makes a lot of sense in the real world.

Feedback for Jake and the event
Well, I would say he's one of the top speakers and I'd love him to come back and explain the 5 Why's so that more people don't continue to say 'driver failed' or 'employee failed' when those are contributing factors...Too many leaders are unwilling to admit they need to make changes.

The information and subject material is dense. Know what exactly what you want the audience to remember. Check out Carmen Simon, How To Be Memorable,
