Jake went beyond just presenting—he had the audience practice AARs in breakout groups, giving them hands-on experience they could use right away. People left with "a ton of ideas" and are already planning to implement AARs this week across their teams and projects!

Interesting approach to AARs. As a PM who is not directly leading the field crews, figuring out when to do AARs is the problem. I would love to incorporate them into my organization. A topic I would have liked to see is a more concrete discussion of how to incorporate them in our industry.
