How attendees describe this talk

Interesting approach to AARs. As a PM who is not directly leading the field crews, figuring out when to do AARs is the problem. I would love to incorporate them into my organization. A topic I would have liked to see is a more concrete discussion of how to incorporate them in our industry.

This could be widely implemented on all types of work. Could highlight that to include people from all roles and aspects of projects. Not just based off job titles.
