It gave me more to think about prior to having the PJB. I will also have more to talk about and will be better able to inform the team doing the work. There were things I know or do, but this gave me a better way to describe and implement them. I will try to find ways to immortal the 6 pre-job questions. The situational awareness discussion was very good. Having two separate people with defined roles in that way matches our system utilizing a safety watch, but this description gives clarity to that system.
A great practical explanation of human performance in safety! Actionable tools to use immediately is exactly what we need.
