How attendees describe this talk

I loved all the interactive components and real world examples used to better understand the concepts presented.

A great presentation on how to improve operations and protect against error and also changing overall culture.

An eye opening presentation on how to make major improvements, in simple to understand and implement ways.

Great presentation- I've given a few myself and you have developed the science and art of it well. Loved the QR surveys, the resources, the content, and delivery Two things I felt thay would have helped me. 1. A few more or more emphasis on overview statetments. I felt a little lost of the whole picture at the beginning of the 7 steps , took me until the 4th step to realize the pattern and understand how to connect thr different ideas. 2. Take aways are more powerful if paired with a "you are here". I had great take aways, but If your presentation helped me identify where I was on the scale it would make the take ways feel more certain and directional. X to Y, instead of just Here is Y. I love what your work is, and how you've done it.

Great presentation- learn a lot, very important information and a better way of doing investigations

Ton of energy and information The time flew by because the session was interesting and informative

A different way to discuss and approach working in high risk industries and environments.

Great info with great references and really engaging on ways to work with your team.

Extremely interesting and helpful. Lots of good ideas to take back to the company!

Feedback for Jake and the event

It would be good to wrap in costs to it more. In construction we constantly evaluate choices and costs. There are decisions on safety every day that need to be evaluated.

Please put the QR code in the same corner of slides, makes it easier to get it scanned

Look forward to following Jake on LinkedIn and seeing him again at a GCI event

Totally different perspective on how to handle accidents and human errors.

I loved the content! Very helpful in changing our day to day operations.

Do you or would you consider teaching a small workshop group online?

Good idea to have a survey on each speaker/topic.

Very high energy which makes it very interesting

Love that we all make mistakes hourly… yikes!
