Give an example of what 3 part communication is because I don’t think every understands what that is. I spent time in nuclear and another thing we used was independent verification, with sign offs to reduce errors for critical tasks.

Would have liked to have his presentation materials available during the talk (I download prior to or during the presentation, extra hurdles to get the presentation makes it far less likely I'll actually get the info and use it)
