How attendees describe this talk

Learning how to better asses situation and not be so quick to put the blame on a person or group. But stepping back and looking the situation and what could have been done differently. Kinda like a debriefing, assessing what was done, how did we do it. Could we have done anything differently, how would we handle it the next time we had to do it. I think this concept is good so many companies are so quick to just look at the incident and not look at the whole picture. Like what could have been done differently, or was it a system error, etc. I found this course very informative thank you Jake for your presentation.

How much this course opened my eyes to handling errors in the workplace and using a system approach. It’s unlike any environment I’ve ever been involved with in the workplace.

The course was awesome! I learned a lot and will be incorporating it into my daily life. I stayed focused the entire time and it was very engaging and thought provoking.

Very interesting and Informative

Feedback for Jake and the event

The course was very informative and engaging. Wonderful examples of real life experiences and solutions.

I can’t think of anything else he covered a lot of important point.

I like that he is hands on so he knows where I'm coming from.

No additions needed.

Worthwhile session
