Jeff is an amazing speaker. I found his webinar to be very Insightful and something that needs to be taught to everyone. I walked away with a new perspective and wealth of knowledge.

What great tips for approaching difficult situations and communicating better for better outcomes! Don't respond to verbal attacks, genuinely listen, respect the other party, acknowledge other perspectives, find out the why, what and how. These are all so basic and simple but definitely require mindfulness and practice. Jeff is an engaging presenter and this was a fascinating topic.

I had the pleasure of attending one of the most informative sessions today… It provided tools to utilize immediately and supported some of the ways I currently handle difficult situations. The speaker was engaging and provided thought provoking processes to utilize in your professional and private lives. Looking forward to attending additional sessions with him.

I would explain that today's session was insightful both professionally and personally with learning how to handle negative conflict in a calm and respectful way. You have to ask yourself the Why, When, and How questions when faced with ways to de-escalate the situation.
Leida Perkins
A session that presents the ‘how’ to deal with difficult people/situations. Power of silence while listening and gaining knowledge of a situation will help to have a better ability to understand and move forward.
Mary K Smith
The insight and information was very helpful. It was like a free therapy session and life coach all in one. I will definitely take away things from this session that I will use in my professional and personal life.

That jeff was very informative. We learned about him being a hostage negotiator. We also learned the importance of respect, knowledge and communication and how you can only control your own actions and thoughts.

This was a very informative webinar with surveys that I enjoyed participating in because it gave me some introspection. Jeffrey is an amazing speaker who keeps you interested and engaged.

Feedback for Jeff and the event
I can't think of anything other than that sometimes it helps to directly say to the other person, "I want to be respectful of you, and I am trying to hear you, but I don't know if that is coming across." Sometimes we deal with people from different cultural traditions, and what we assume is respectful doesn't have the same effect from their side. You may wish to factor this into your next presentation. Thanks!

It was nice that Jeff gave us info about his background. His stories of how he dealt with certain situations as a cop and how it can be applied to what we do as well was great. To see that connection.

I am an alumnus of the City of Aurora, Illinois Citizens Police Patrol. I really think a lot of your presentation would be relevant. They have a monthly meeting except in December.
Mary Rathunde
Great presentation. Only constructive criticism would be to allow speaker to do their presentation before Q & A. Maybe consider shutting chat down when speaker speaks.
