How attendees describe this talk
I was fortunate enough to attend a function for women. A speaker there-Rita Ernst, shared so much great info on the WHYs behind behaviors and had a 9 space chart that really helped me to understand why I operate the way I do! It was informative, interesting and engaging! Find her and read her books!
This session helped me identify the lies I tell myself when fear kicks in. Having more awareness of those will help me grow professionally and become a trusted colleague.
Inspiring! The time we had together flew by too quickly, I am looking forward to out future times together.
