How attendees describe this talk
This session seemed more difficult to understand and process. It could be that it’s at the end of the week instead of the beginning but also, lack of sleep. I enjoyed the physical activity to break things up and put it into perspective. The jar is a good way to open the room and hear feedback.

I feel like this session was much more beneficial for me. During the first session, the pace felt very fast, and I had difficulty fully grasping the material. In this second session, I feel much more confident in both the content and my overall understanding.
