How attendees describe this talk

I had not heard of the Sage before. That was so helpful! Now I now I’m not trying to be positive but there is actually a neural pathway to replace the judge! I love how you brought in things I have read in other places. It really pulled them all together for me.

Help you see how your thoughts drive feelings and actions and ultimately can determine your habits and character over time. It gives you ways to break out of the jail of your limiting thoughts and achieve lasting results!

Insightful for the ones staying true to themselves while adjusting to a new environment; for someone struggling to speak up and get heard; for the conflicting self that tries to accomplish a goal

Extremely helpful! Timing of this presentation was extremely timing as my department is going thru a reorganization.

Fantastic deep dive to understand how to name/claim & tame our feelings!!

She keeps you looking at all situations positively with her energy.

Feedback for Rita and the event

I really appreciated the pauses while you asked us to think about something. I would not have had or taken the time otherwise.

After journaling, would be great to have a discussion on each section of name/claim/tame.

Really appreciate you speaking at the Spring Symposium!

Enjoyed the presentation.
