A quick overview of the Email Signature feature

Hey all!
Hand in hand with the announcement of our Website Widget, we’ve also got an announcement for you today relating to Email Signatures!
You can find the Signature builder under ‘Promote’ > ‘Email Signature’ and it gives you a way to create a bespoke Signature with your Talkadot data embedded and kept up to date!
Here your signature will appear with your Profile picture, and account data (tagline, email, website etc). It also has a direct link to your Talkadot Profile.
Additionally, if you want to promote something specific, like a new book launch, you can add that in the lines below (available once you click ‘Edit Details’ where it currently shows ‘Done’ in the picture) and add up to three lines of text, each of which can have an embedded hyperlink. You can also customize the signature with your brand’s colours!
On the left you’ll also see detailed instructions on how to embed this signature in different mailing systems. This will give you a great way to send clients your communicating with to your Profile, where they can get the chance to check out all your great work, plus it looks pretty slick!
