An overview of your Talk Report

Hey everyone! I know there’s a lot of data contained in your report, and you might be asking yourself ‘What does this mean?!’

Well, that’s what this article is for! So, let’s start at the top shall we?

Below that are the four main widgets for your talk data! The first shows the number of responses, then the breakdown of respondents who answered either ‘Valuable’ or ‘Not Valuable’ on the relevant question. The graphic and percentage will both change to match this number. The next widget is similar but for the ‘Reattend’ question which asks if they would want to hear you speak again.
Last up is the answers to four of the Emoji questions on your Survey. If you turn those off, this widget won’t appear (same for the others as well) but this widget will take the 4 adjectives that got the highest score, and display them from highest to lowest.
Under that is the AI Audience Summary! This is available for Pro and Elite level users and requires at least 10 responses of at least 10 words to the Feedback or Testimonial question. If you have that this will auto-generate a summary based on what your audience had to say!
Below this section you’ll see any custom questions you might have had, and the ability to switch between the ‘Audience Feedback’ view which shows you everyone, and the ‘Individual Feedback’ to look at responses from a specific user:

Additionally, you can click the eye icon on any custom questions to determine whether these answers are visible to anyone with the report link, or only visible to you!
Below this is how your Attendees described this talk (organized by length) and the option to view all of these sorts of responses in a Pop out window. The ‘Star’ icon can be clicked to favourite a piece of feedback, and move it right to the top, regardless of length. If multiple responses are starred, then they will again organize by length:

And there’s another section below that structured the same for Feedback for you as the speaker, as opposed to testimonials.
The ‘Individual Feedback’ section shows every response from a specific audience member, as well as their lead data:

You can scroll through it to see their answers to each questions as well as their feedback and testimonials. You can page through each individual response in this way. However, it should be noted that this feature is only visible to you, while you are logged in, and is not visible to anyone who you share your report with.
Hope that all makes sense, but if you have any questions, as always feel free to reach out to me over at [email protected]. ✌️
